Yes On Gay Marriage Press Advisory and Media Alert about California Supreme Court Opinion on Proposition 8

Yes On Gay Marriage spokespeople will be available for interviews and comments prior to and after the California Supreme Court issues its opinion Tuesday, May 26, at 10 a.m. on the three cases challenging the constitutionality of Proposition 8 that bans same-sex marriages.

Dan Kirk, President of Yes on Gay Marriage, and Kelley Moran, National Director of the organization, are available for press interviews and comments about the impact of the Court’s ruling.

The nation-wide organization is working to repeal the federal Defense of Marriage Act and to legalize gay marriage in all 50 states.
